Reporting to the North American CFO, your new position oversees the consolidation of information from plant operations to adequately represent the cost of manufacture, raw materials, scrap, work in process and sets strategy and standards for the financial accounting organization in North America. Your new role provides financial analysis and guidance to all departments in order to minimize cost and maximize productivity improvements. You will have three (3) direct reports covering Accounts Payable, Reporting, and Financial Compliance. You will indirectly supervise approximately 28 accounting associates located in the Highland Heights and the plant locations.
