    FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE NOW FOR EXPERIENCED REACH TRUCK AND ORDER PICKER OPERATORS!  

     

    1st Shift available for experienced Warehouse Associates

    2nd & 3rd Shifts available for experienced Machine Operators

    Responsibilities

    WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES:
    Receives, stores, picks and ships products within distribution center by performing the following duties:

    • Unloads product, separates, counts and verifies inbound product to packing slip before unitizing and/or transferring product to storage.
    • Utilizes powered industrial equipment, WMS system and RF Handheld unit to place product in designated rack or storage locations.
    • Utilizes powered industrial equipment, WMS system and RF to pick appropriate products from locations to complete orders.
    • Assembles customer orders, places product on pallets and transports to the shipping department, stretch wraps pallet and locates pallet on specified dock location.
    • Loads trailers, based on customer specifications, with orders for shipment.
    • Processes UPS orders.
    • Replenishes master reels to the cutting area.
    • Complies and takes full responsibility to support facility’s quality program.
    • Complies with safety policies and procedures.
    • Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.

    MACHINE OPERATORS:

    Operates cutting machines to cut products to lengths as required to fulfill custormer orders within the Lebanon, Indiana distribution center by performing the following duties:

    • Complies with safety policies and procedures.
    • Replenishes master reels to the cutting area.
    • Places product on machinery to measure and cut customer specified lengths of product and transports to the shipping department.
    • Secures material on pallets or reels and marks materials with identifying information and labels.
    • Complies with and takes full responsibility to support facility’s quality program
    • Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk and talk or hear.  The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop and crouch.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds-Team lift or reach truck may be utilized to move these heavier reels. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

    • Basic Warehouse Skills:
      • Receiving
      • Picking
      • Pallet Pick
      • Cycle Counting
      • Loading
      • Replen/Shuttle
      • Small Package
    • Cutting: placing product on machinery to measure and cut customer specified lengths of product;

    Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and urinary drug screen required.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical equipment. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places.  The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
